The Board held six meetings in 2008. We expect each director to attend every meeting of the Board and the committees on which he or she serves as well as the annual stockholders' meeting. In 2008, each director attended the 2008 Annual Stockholders' Meeting, with the exception of Dr. Shaw. All directors attended at least 75% of the meetings of the Board and the committees on which they served in 2008.
