Patrick (Pat) Gelsinger is Chief Executive Officer of Intel Corporation and serves on its board of directors. On Feb. 15, 2021, Mr. Gelsinger returned to Intel, the company where he had spent the first 30 years of his career.

Before rejoining Intel, Mr. Gelsinger was CEO of VMware. In that role, he transformed VMware into a recognized global leader in cloud infrastructure, enterprise mobility and cyber security. Mr. Gelsinger was also ranked the best CEO in America in 2019, according to an annual survey by Glassdoor. Prior to joining VMware in 2012, Mr. Gelsinger was President and Chief Operating Officer of EMC’s Information Infrastructure Products business.

Mr. Gelsinger began his career in 1979 at Intel, becoming its first Chief Technology Officer, and also serving as Senior Vice President and the General Manager of the Digital Enterprise Group. He managed the creation of key industry technologies such as USB and Wi-Fi. He was the architect of the original 80486 processor, led 14 microprocessor programs and played key roles in the Intel® Core™ and Intel® Xeon® processor families, leading to Intel becoming the preeminent microprocessor supplier.

David Zinsner is executive vice president and the chief financial officer (CFO) at Intel Corporation. He leads Intel’s global finance organization, including finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit and investor relations. Prior to joining Intel in January 2022, Zinsner was executive vice president and CFO at Micron Technology Inc. Earlier in his career, Zinsner served as president and chief operating officer at Affirmed Networks. He also served as senior vice president of finance and CFO at Analog Devices, and senior vice president and CFO at Intersil Corp.

Keyvan Esfarjani is executive vice president, chief global operations officer and general manager of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for the company’s worldwide manufacturing operations, including Fab Sort Manufacturing, Assembly Test Manufacturing and strategic planning, as well as corporate quality assurance, corporate services and supply chain. Esfarjani’s tenure with Intel began in 1996 as an industrial engineer, after working in the automotive industry for four years.

Justin Hotard is executive vice president and general manager of the Data Center and AI Group (DCAI) at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for growing the DCAI business, executing a leading roadmap for Intel’s suite of data center products, and delivering on the company’s commitments to customers and partners. He also plays an integral role in Intel’s mission to bring AI everywhere and empower customers to accelerate their businesses.  

Prior to joining Intel in February 2024, Hotard served as executive vice president and general manager of High-Performance Computing, AI and Labs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). In this role, he led the organization that provided AI capabilities to HPE’s customers and oversaw the team that delivered the world’s first exascale supercomputer, Frontier. He also directed Hewlett Packard Labs, the company’s central applied research group.

Hotard has more than 20 years of experience with global technology companies driving product development and delivering revenue growth.  He has held several senior leadership roles at HPE, including president and managing director of HPE Japan and senior vice president of the compute global business unit.  He also was president of NCR Small Business.

Hotard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Michelle Johnston Holthaus is executive vice president and general manager of the Client Computing Group at Intel Corporation. She is responsible for all aspects of running and growing the client business, including strategy, financial performance and product development for the full portfolio of client technologies and platforms designed to enable exceptional personal computing experiences. Holthaus joined Intel in 1996. In her previous role, Holthaus was chief revenue officer and general manager of the Sales, Marketing and Communications Group.

Sachin Katti is senior vice president and general manager of the Network and Edge Group (NEX) at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for driving technology and product leadership throughout the network to the intelligent edge.

Katti previously served as vice president and chief technology officer for NEX, a role responsible for technical strategy and vision across the group.

Prior to joining Intel in 2021, he served as the vice president of Telco & Edge Strategy at VMware, where he defined both the product and technology vision to capitalize on the cloudification of the network and edge.

Katti is a professor of electrical engineering and computer science at Stanford University. He is also the co-chair of the Technical Steering Committee for the O-RAN Alliance and was founding director of the xRAN Foundation before its merger with the O-RAN Alliance. Katti is co-founder and former CEO of Uhana (now part of VMware), which built a network AI platform to monitor and optimize mobile networks and applications. He previously co-founded Kumu Networks, which commercializes breakthrough research from his lab on full duplex radios. Katti received his doctorate in electrical engineering/computer science from MIT in 2009.

Dr. Ann B. Kelleher is executive vice president and general manager of Technology Development at Intel Corporation. She is responsible for the research, development and deployment of next-generation silicon logic, packaging and test technologies that power the future of Intel’s innovation. Kelleher joined Intel in 1996 as a process engineer, going on to manage technology transfers and factory ramp-ups in a variety of positions spanning 200mm and 300mm technologies.

Greg Lavender is executive vice president, chief technology officer (CTO) and general manager of the Software and Advanced Technology Group (SATG) at Intel Corporation. As CTO, he is responsible for driving Intel’s future technical innovation through his leadership of Intel Labs, Intel Federal LLC and Intel Information Technology (IT). He is also responsible for defining and executing Intel’s software strategy across artificial intelligence, confidential computing and the growing need for open accelerated computing to support Intel’s range of business and hardware offerings.

Lavender joined Intel in June 2021 from VMware, where he served as senior vice president and CTO. He has 40 years of experience in software and hardware product engineering, cloud-scale systems architecture and engineering, and advanced research and development.

Prior to his role at VMware, Lavender held executive and technology leadership positions at Citigroup, Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems.

Lavender holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in computer science from Virginia Tech.

Ms. Miller Boise has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since July 2022 and Corporate Secretary since August 2022. Ms. Miller Boise leads Intel’s global legal, trade, and government affairs team, is a member of Intel's Executive Leadership Team, and is a strategic advisor to the Company and the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Intel, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Eaton Corp. Before joining Eaton in 2020, she was Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Meritor Inc. Ms. Miller Boise has more than 25 years of experience and has served in executive leadership roles, including Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Global Mergers and Acquisitions.

Christy Pambianchi is executive vice president and chief people officer (CPO) at Intel Corporation. As CPO, she is responsible for driving Intel’s people strategy and fostering a vibrant culture focused on bold innovation, flawless execution, and continuous development and learning.  Prior to joining Intel, she was executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Verizon, executive vice president of People & Digital at Corning Inc., and a director of human resources at PepsiCo Inc.  Pambianchi serves on the boards of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University for the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, the HR Policy Association, the Health Transformation Alliance, the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation, the Lumina Foundation, and the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina, Darla School of Management.

Stuart Pann is senior vice president and general manager of Intel Foundry Services (IFS). In this role, Pann drives continued growth for IFS and its differentiated systems foundry offering, which goes beyond traditional wafer fabrication to include packaging, chiplet standards and software, as well as U.S.- and Europe-based capacity.

Pann previously served as chief business transformation officer and general manager of Intel’s Corporate Planning Group. As part of this role, he established the company’s IDM 2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) to guide the implementation of an internal foundry model. IAO closely collaborates with all Intel business units and functional teams to support the company’s internal foundry model. 

In June 2021, Pann returned to Intel, where he had started his career in 1981. Prior to his return, he was chief supply chain officer and chief information officer at HP for six years. At HP, Pann was responsible for the company’s supply chain, which delivers nearly 100 million products to customers each year. Before joining HP in July 2014, Pann served as corporate vice president and general manager of Intel’s Business Management Group, where he was responsible for pricing, revenue and forecasting functions for the company’s microprocessor and chipset operations. He also co-managed the geographic operations teams for the Intel sales force and was responsible for order management and external-facing supply chain programs. Pann held several management positions within the company’s sales organization before moving into an operations role in 1999 as the director of Microprocessor Marketing and Busines Planning. Pann earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Matt Poirier is senior vice president of corporate development at Intel Corporation. Matt and his team are responsible for advancing and accelerating Intel’s business through strategic corporate development, including all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and integration activities for the company.

Prior to joining Intel, Poirier was senior vice president of strategy and corporate development at Advanced Micro Devices Inc.(AMD), where he led the teams responsible for corporate strategy, AMD Ventures, as well as mergers and acquisition execution and integration. Before AMD’s acquisition of Xilinx, Poirier was senior vice president of corporate development and investor relations beginning in 2018. He also served as interim treasurer of Xilinx from 2019 to 2020.

Prior to Xilinx, Poirier spent nearly a decade in technology investment banking covering the semiconductor industry. Before his career in investment banking, Poirier spent more than six years serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy.

Sandra L. Rivera is executive vice president and general manager of the Data Center and AI Group at Intel Corporation and chief executive officer of Programmable Solutions Group. She leads Intel’s development of leadership data center products for a cloud-based world, including Intel® Xeon® and field programmable gate array (FPGA) products. She also drives the company’s overall artificial intelligence (AI) strategy and product roadmap.

Before assuming her current role, Rivera was Intel’s chief people officer, leading the company’s Human Resources organization worldwide. In that role, she was responsible for greater business results through a culture that embraces diversity and inclusion. She also previously led the Network Platforms Group of over 3,000 employees that drove the transformation of network infrastructure to Intel-based solutions and enabled breakthrough ways to integrate Intel’s silicon and software portfolio to create greater customer value.

Rivera joined Intel in 2000 as a marketing director after the acquisition of Dialogic Corp. Before joining Intel, Rivera co-founded and served as president of The CTI Authority and served as president of the computer telephony division at Catalyst Telecom.

Rivera holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University. She sits on the Equinix board of directors; she is a member of Berkeley’s engineering advisory board and a member of the Intel Foundation Board; and she is part of Intel’s Latinx Leadership Council.

Christoph Schell is executive vice president, chief commercial officer and general manager of Sales, Marketing and Communications at Intel Corporation. In his role, Schell oversees Intel’s global sales, business management, marketing, communications, corporate planning, customer support and customer success teams, leading the company’s efforts to foster innovative sales and marketing approaches that broaden Intel’s business opportunities and deepen customer and partner relationships worldwide.

Schell joined Intel in March 2022 from HP Inc., where he was the company’s chief commercial officer. With his go-to-market team, he led customer and partner success, category management and customer support globally. During his 25 years with the company, Schell held various senior management roles across the globe, including president of 3D Printing & Digital Manufacturing. Prior to HP Inc., he served as executive vice president of Growth Markets for Philips, leading the lighting business across Asia Pacific, Japan, Africa, Russia, India, Central Asia and the Middle East. Schell started his career in his family’s distribution and industrial solutions company before working in brand management at Procter & Gamble. 

Schell sits on the Supervisory Board of KUKA AG.

Shlomit Weiss is senior vice president and co-general manager of the Design Engineering Group at Intel Corporation. She is responsible for leading the company’s design, development, validation and manufacturing support of intellectual properties (IPs) and system-on-chips (SoCs).

Weiss has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. She has 28 years of experience at Intel in engineering and leadership roles, including as leader of cross-site teams responsible for IP and discrete data center products, and general manager of data center group silicon development. Weiss has also served as senior vice president of silicon engineering at Mellanox, now part of Nvidia.

Weiss holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Early in 2022, Weiss published her first book, “The Engaging Leader,” in which she shares examples and experiences from her years of leadership and practical ways to engage teams to achieve outstanding business results.

Safroadu (Saf) Yeboah-Amankwah is senior vice president and chief strategy officer (CSO) at Intel Corporation. Yeboah-Amankwah leads Intel’s Global Strategy Office, focused on driving growth-oriented strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, Intel Capital, and incubation initiatives.  Yeboah-Amankwah joined Intel in 2020 from McKinsey & Company, where he was a senior partner and global head of the Transformation Practice for the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice.
