As of December 29, 2012, the accumulated benefit obligation was $562 million for the U.S. Intel Minimum Pension Plan ($426 million as of December 31, 2011) and $1.1 billion for the non-U.S. defined-benefit pension plans ($836 million as of December 31, 2011). Included in the aggregate data in the following tables are the amounts applicable to our pension plans, with accumulated benefit obligations in excess of plan assets, as well as plans with projected benefit obligations in excess of plan assets.
