Consumer Web Site Expected to Hit Milestone during CES

WHAT:       about PC technology and purchasing options - geared to the consumer
            who may find the world of personal computers a bit confusing.

                --  TV personality and model Brooke Burke will host the red
                    carpet at Intel's CES party, an invitation-only event from
                    7:30-11 p.m. Jan. 9 at LAX Nightclub at Luxor and headlined
                    by rock group Counting Crows.
                    o Burke last month won Season 7 of ABC's "Dancing with the
                      Stars." Outside of her busy modeling career, she gained
                      fame as host of E! Entertainment Television's popular
                      travel series "Wild On!" from 1992-2002.
                --  PC.com will be demoed at the Intel Media Center (Intel booth
                    2nd floor)
                    o Spokespeople will be on hand for media interviews.
                --  PC.com, which went live in July after a 4-month beta test,
                    is on target to reach 1.4 million hits during CES.
